What You’ll Be Doing Provide one-on-one support to a young learner with additional needs within a classroom setting. Collaborate closely with the class teacher and experienced TA team to deliver tailored educational support. Encourage and promote the child’s engagement, inclusion, and independence in learning activities. Assist with daily routines, transitions, and part of the lunchtime period to provide continuity of care. Foster a positive and inclusive environment that aligns with the school’s values for life and learning. About You Be able to do the job as described. Experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEND) is highly desirable. Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable with a genuine passion for helping children succeed. Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with colleagues, pupils, and parents. Ready to embrace the school’s values and contribute to its vibrant, inclusive community.
