Our client is a a leadings supplier of radio equipment to multiple industries including TV production, marine and superyatchs and sports.
They provide hire services and are looking to grow this department. Your role will be made up mostly of managing existing accounts, converting warm inbound leads and bringing on new business with cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive engagement and have regular contact with hire customers
* Use upselling techniques on different products or length of service.
* Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.
* Answer inbound enquiries and provide a follow up of all quotes within 30 minutes.
* Ensure all customer details, notes and relevant information are accurately put on the CRM.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
* Achieve and exceed business development targets, contributing to the Hire Team’s overall success.
* Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and generate leads.
