Ward 4 at Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin has an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker to work within our established team of nursing staff in an acute mental health ward which operates as a stand-alone ward. The candidate should have experience within the field of mental health. The position offered is a permanent contract, full-time hours of 75 hours per fortnight working within the existing 12 hours shift pattern which requires both day/night rotation. All necessary mandatory training and induction will be given to the successful candidate. The successful candidate will be required to successfully complete the Health Care Support Workers workbook, and code of conduct sign off within a specified time frame and attend the HCSW training dates.
