An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Subject Access Coordinator, with excellent attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, to join the Information Quality Assurance Team .
You will be required to action requests for records from Service Users, Solicitors, Police and Courts etc., which must be provided within a strict timeframe.
You will be responsible for the processing of subject access/access to health record requests, ensuring that confidentiality is maintained at all times. This includes extracting relevant information from both electronic and paper records, along with redacting relevant information.
You will be responsible for managing the timescales for subject access requests, ensuring that they are completed within the legal timeframe, avoiding breaches.
You will be responsible for maintaining records of subject access/access to health records requests.
