The Client Director will be responsible for securing new business and driving growth across Clearways full range of products and services within the insurance sector. You will develop relationships with new clients, actively support existing clients, and represent the company at industry events and exhibitions. Additionally, you will work closely with the leadership team to contribute to strategic planning and long-term growth within this key market.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within the insurance sector, driving revenue growth.
* Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring Clearway is their preferred partner.
* Work closely with insurers, loss adjusters, and brokers to position Clearways solutions effectively within the claims process.
* Develop and implement a structured business development plan, including lead generation, client engagement strategies, and market penetration initiatives.
* Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to expand Clearways presence and generate new opportunities.
* Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to tailor proposals and presentations that address client-specific needs.
* Lead commercial negotiations, ensuring agreements are commercially viable and align with business objectives.
* Provide regular updates, market insights, and sales forecasts to the leadership team, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
* Support the leadership team in shaping Clearways strategic direction within the insurance sector.
* Ensure excellent client service throughout the sales and onboarding process, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
* Stay up to date with industry regulations, competitor activity, and market changes to maintain Clearways competitive advantage.
Key Skills, Experience And Qualifications
* Proven track record in business development, sales, or client management ideally across the security and/or insurance sectors.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
* Experience in managing high-value client relationships.
