Business Development Executive - Automotive Aftermarket
Building our UK sales team:
We are working with a globally recognised manufacturer to hire, build and grow their UK Aftermarket Sales Development and Field Based Sales Support team across the UK. Key will be optimising brand and product visibility whilst enthusiastically delivering sales support via trade workouts to the Independent Automotive Aftermarket, including Motor Factors, ITG Buying Group members, Automotive Workshops & general Automotive Aftermarket distributors and Aftermarket retailers.

Ideal Location: Ireland / Northern Ireland
Salary: Circa £35k - £40k + Bonus + Car / Allowance + Pension + Training & PPD
Our ideal candidate will have:
1. Worked within the Automotive Aftermarket in a Sales Representative, Trade Parts Sales or field based Business Development capacity.
2. Familiarity with parts distribution & parts supply chains from supplier through to garage, workshops and repairer networks.
3. Exceptional communication skills at all levels from board room to workshop & garage repairer.
4. Good level of PC literacy, particularly with Microsoft packages including Excel and Power Point.
5. Excellent people handling skills with the ability to deliver product training to mechanics, parts people and distributor sales staff.
6. Highly organised with a solid work ethic approaching tasks tenaciously.
7. Flexibility to travel covering an expansive region / territory and overnight as required.
8. Smart in appearance, punctual, and able to create an excellent first impression.
9. Ambition and a keen desire to work with a global player within the Automotive Aftermarket.
