We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Assistant Head of School to join our leadership team, to work with the Headteacher and SLT team to continue to develop and promote the excellent work of the school. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this is an opportunity to shape provision at Felix Primary and to be part of a team that will take our School to 'Outstanding'. You will promote and safeguard the welfare of all children and young people in our school and ensure that barriers to learning for all pupils are identified and addressed. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will line manage and co-ordinate the deployment of staff within Specialist provisions to maximise the outcomes for all pupils, assisting with the development of a fully inclusive school where the progress of every individual pupil matters.
