Job Description
To assist your line manager in administrating office-related items/activities.
Providing staff support, having a proactive approach with the ability to be ‘hands-on’.
A strong focus on providing excellent customer service and the confidence to liaise with services and managers at all levels are essential. With the ability to work as part of a small team and competent to work as an individual.
To ensure the centrally procured kit is administered effectively, e.g., Mobile Phones, mifi units, laptops, repairs, postage, and courier services.
Due to the location of the office, a driving licence is essential.
Qualifications
* Experience of reception and office admin duties
* Excellent organisational skills
* Good at problem-solving
* Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word & Excel
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to prioritise duties
* Willingness to learn
Additional Information
Salary: £23,575.00 to £26,650.00 per annum, (£12,743.24 to £14,405.40 pro-rata)
Hours: 20 hours per week
Flexibility: Office based
* 28 days annual leave + bank holidays, rising to 33 days with service.
