The Project
As a highly experienced Senior Site Manager, your role will be key in the successful handover of a healthcare refurbishment in Lincolnshire. You will lead the project team on site, ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and carefully manage documentation/progress reports for stakeholders.
Requirements
For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum:
1. SMSTS
2. First Aid
3. CSCS Black Card
It is also essential that you hold the experience below:
1. Experience delivering projects in the healthcare sector is advantageous however all candidates with extensive, all-rounded, industry experience are of interest.
2. Proven history of delivering new build/refurbishment projects in excess of £1m in a Senior Site Management role or a similar position.
3. Proven background within the industry with at least 5 years of experience working with a leading construction contractor or subcontractor.

Reporting to: Contracts Manager
Duties:
1. Inductions
2. Toolbox talks
3. Progress reporting
4. Updating site diaries
5. Quality inspections/snagging
6. Ordering/receiving of materials
7. Develop and manage project schedules
8. Chairing and participating in project meetings
9. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
10. Monitor progress and adjust schedules as necessary
11. Guarantee compliance with environmental regulations
12. Conduct inspections and address any issues that arise
13. Manage the allocation of equipment, materials, and labour
14. Ensure construction activities adhere to legal requirements
15. Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction with project progress
16. Manage project closeout, including inspections, punch lists, and client handover
17. Making certain all necessary permits and inspections are obtained and documented
18. Assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring team alignment with project objectives
19. Ensure work on the construction site meets quality standards and adheres to specifications
20. Maintain detailed project records, including daily logs, progress reports, and compliance documentation
21. Oversee strict adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe workplace
22. Supervise all aspects of site operations to guarantee the project is completed according to the established timeline, stays within the allocated budget, and adheres to the specified quality standards.
