You take pride in your work and collaborate with others to ensure the job gets done. - What’s it like to be part of Team Rygor? “Rygor is a great place with equal opportunities for everyone and they are Rewarding, Reliable and Respectful and choosing Rygor to grow your career is something no one can regret.”- Patrick, Technician ️ Day to day, you will be: Deliver exceptional customer service, control and maximise part stocks and sales Locating available parts and thinking outside the box to ensure we keep customer vehicles on the road Processing customer orders, from invoicing to arranging deliveries Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer Following up customer quotations Working with and supporting the team of Technicians Carry out stock checks accurately and record and input data Developing your plant product knowledge and knowledge of the business Taking phone calls and helping customers with parts enquiries and identifying areas of upselling Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed appropriately Receiving parts and properly labelling them ️ Skills & Behaviours Required for this Role: Experience- Knowledge and experience of the plant industry and parts is required for this role.
