By ensuring data accuracy and consistency, you’ll be enabling smarter decision making and operational excellence across our global organization. What you\\\'ll be doing: Maintain and update master data records across systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, verify, and approve data changes in line with company policies. Monitor and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring the integrity and reliability of critical business information. Implement and adhere to data governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as GDPR. Perform data analysis to identify trends, improve data quality, and provide insights for decision-making. Support the ongoing implementation of the ERP system, including data extraction, transformation, and loading for business units. Develop and document best practices and processes for master data management to ensure continuous improvement. Contribute to process automation and optimization initiatives to enhance data management efficiency. What you\\\'ll bring: Previous experience in master data management, data governance, or a similar role. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive administrative tasks accurately and efficiently. A solid understanding of business processes and how data impacts them. Ability to communicate data insights clearly across departments and with stakeholders. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, AX, or Infor) and familiarity with data management tools would be beneficial. An initiative driven approach to identifying and implementing process improvements in data management. Knowledge of data governance policies and regulations, such as GDPR compliance. A collaborative mindset and effective interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams., A-Level or equivalent Information Technology, Data Management, Business Administration, or a related field would be beneficial. Relevant certifications in data management, such as CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional), are beneficial.
