Position: Team Member – Cowley 2
Hours Per Week: 40
Pay Rate: £11.97 - £13.47 per hour
Night Rate: £13.47 per hour (11 pm - 6 am)

Job Purpose
To ensure day-to-day operation of a licensed gaming centre, including but not restricted to ensuring that:
* Company operating standards are adhered to;
* Marketing/promotional activities/events are delivered correctly to the customer;
* Physical and personal security is maintained;
* Excellent customer relations are built and maintained;
* Venue is operated in accordance with LCCP;
* Acts as the responsible person for the venue when rota’d to do so; or in the event of unexpected absence.
Main Responsibilities and Key Tasks
Operational
* Ensure that the venue housekeeping is of the highest possible standard at all times.
* Routinely clean all gaming centre equipment to ensure high standards of presentation.
* Ensure cleaning is completed in line with company policy.
* Issue customers with change as required and control any allocated personal float.
* Ensure service rounds and refreshments are offered in line with brand guidelines.
* Assist with pre-collection/midweek collection procedures as directed.
* Acquire and maintain a high level of machine knowledge.
* Complete machine PPM process to ensure machine maximization.
* Ensure that all machines in the venue are playable and report faults as per company procedures.
Security
* Ensure no person under the age of 18 gains access to the venue.
* Maintain personal and physical security standards.
* Monitor customer behavior and log any suspicious actions.
Health and Safety
* Adhere to all health and safety procedures, reporting hazards as necessary.
Administration
* Assist with any administration as required to 100% accuracy.
Promotions
* Ensure all promotions are run fairly and customer feedback is referred to management.
* Ensure promotions run smoothly and adhere to gaming legislation.
Communication
* Attend meetings as required.
* Stay updated with business changes through company communications.
Customer Service
* Promote the Company positively when dealing with customers.
* Maintain excellent customer service and respond to requests promptly.
* Ensure customer complaints are escalated as necessary.
Other
* Discourage harassment or discrimination against anyone.
* Carry out any other reasonable duties as required.
