Our Client
Electrical Contracts Manager / Projects Manager required for our client, a specialist mechanical and electrical contractor based in the Crewe area. They have successfully been in business for over 60 years and currently employ over 40 members of staff across the Group. They work with a variety of clientele including the NHS, Defence, Care Homes, and Education.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage multiple electrical projects at once, with project values ranging from £200k to £2.5m.
2. Ensure electrical installation projects are delivered on time and to required specifications.
3. Oversee and manage teams of electricians, ensuring work is delivered in line with relevant electrical safety standards.
4. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and update the client with project developments.
5. Assist in the procurement of required project labour and allocation of works.
6. Be responsible for project profit/loss, ensuring financial targets are met.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in the delivery of electrical projects.
2. Relevant electrical and health and safety qualifications such as ECS Black Card, SMSTS, IOSH, 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
3. Based within a commutable distance of Stoke-on-Trent.
4. Full UK Driving License.
Remuneration:
1. Salary: £58,000 - £64,000.
2. 25 days holiday + BH.
