About the Role Within the position of Receptionist, you will be working as part of the Workplace Experience Team, curating a workplace environment that increases well-being, productivity and enhances company culture that our end uses want to be a part of. Placemaking and Front of House Excellence: Create a welcoming environment by efficiently managing the core touchpoint journey and fulfilling client requests. Meeting Room and Hospitality Management: Ensure meeting rooms meet high standards, handle booking requests, and prepare hospitality requirements. Operational Efficiency: Maintain a tidy work area, manage deliveries and orders, and adhere to company policies. Support for Communication and Events: Answer calls promptly and professionally, and assist the Events Management Team as required. About You As the Receptionist, you will drive a key part of the customer touchpoint journey, as an ambassador of exceptional customer service for ISS Livv and its clients. Accuracy and Professionalism: Exhibit a high degree of attention to detail and maintain a calm, logical, and professional mindset. Strong Communication and Teamwork: Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Time Management and Flexibility: Effectively prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to dynamic requirements with motivation and commitment. Health & Safety Awareness: Understand the importance of maintaining Health & Safety standards.
