You will provide technical guidance, assist with training, and collaborate with suppliers, technical experts and others to ensure up to date technical knowledge. As In this role, you will support and mentor the maintenance technician team and take the lead on any complex cases ensure that both customers and the team are supported as necessary. With your experience and knowledge, you will have the opportunity to contribute to service development and improvements to ensure that the service is responsive and flexible to change. Who we are looking for… We are looking for a skilled engineering maintenance professional with a Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience. You should have strong knowledge of Health & Safety, industry regulations, and equipment servicing, along with experience of mentoring and supervising a team. We are looking for a candidate who has a positive approach to customer engagement and risk management with strong problem-solving, accuracy, and communication skills.
