Gamma is a leading supplier of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS): we provide voice, data and mobile products and services to the UK, German, Spanish and Benelux business markets.
Gamma is expanding its UCaaS presence in Europe with a family of businesses focusing on digital automation, delivering Gamma-powered services to SME customers via a network of channel partners in Germany, Spain, and the Benelux region.
As part of our growth, we are seeking a dedicated Project Implementation Coordinator to join our team in Glasgow.
What You'll Be Doing Day-to-Day
As a Project Implementation Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting Project Managers across all facets of projects, from initiation to closure. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Engaging with customers to set expectations and maintain communication throughout the project lifecycle.
2. Creating and managing project documents, including delivery trackers, to ensure project progress is transparent and measurable.
3. Executing delivery activities to meet project milestones and deadlines effectively.
4. Coordinating site access and managing third-party relationships and associated deliverables.
5. Proactively identifying and managing risks, issues, and lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Providing regular status reports and updates as required to stakeholders.
What You’ll Need
1. Prince 2 Foundation certification or equivalent project management experience.
2. Background in Telecoms/IT or similar industries.
3. Experience and deep understanding of number porting.
4. Strong project planning skills and experience.
5. Demonstrated expertise in customer satisfaction and engagement.
6. Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
7. Keen attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
This role is hybrid, meaning you'll be required to come into our Glasgow office twice per week.
Please note this is a 12-month Fixed Contract role.
