Academics are currently looking for a Newly Qualified Teacher to start their induction year. If this sounds like a good fit for you, then you could be in luck! This NQT teaching role will be based in the Bridgend area and looking to start after the February half term. More permanent roles will be available after evaluation of performance from the schools you will be working in.



Role of a Primary Teacher in Bridgend includes:

1. Taking the lead in the delivery of successful lessons.
2. Be able to control the classroom with pupils ensuring the flow of the lesson.
3. Work with teaching assistants to improve the quality of the lessons.
4. Maintain professional relationships with other staff members.
5. Be a role model to all pupils.

Criteria:

We need an enhanced DBS check as well as rights to work in the UK documents. Two recent and professional references will need to be obtained. Experience of working in a school or educational setting is desirable.
