More permanent roles will be available after evaluation of performance from the schools you will be working in. Role of a Primary Teacher in Bridgend includes: Taking the lead in the delivery of successful lessons. Be able control the classroom with pupils ensuring the flow of the lesson. Work with teaching assistants to improve the quality of the lessons. Maintain professional relationships with other staff members Be a role model to all pupilsBenefits for you?
