Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding new role? We're working with a fantastic mainstream primary school in Birmingham that's home to a well-established resource base, providing specialist support for pupils with additional needs.
This is a full-time opportunity to make a real difference-supporting children on a 1:1 and small group basis within a nurturing and well-resourced setting. The school is warm, welcoming, and committed to inclusive education.
Your Role:
Provide tailored support to pupils within the resource base
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement EHCP targets
Support learning through structured interventions and sensory activities
Encourage pupil independence, confidence, and social skills
Monitor progress and provide feedback to staff and parentsWe are looking for:
Experience supporting children with special educational needs (ASD, speech & language needs, or complex learning difficulties preferred)
Strong understanding of primary-aged pupils and early learning development
Calm, patient and adaptable approach
