PSA Compliance Officer Responsibilities:
The PSA Compliance Officer educates, trains, and advises on policies/procedures and Prevention of Abuse (PSA). In addition:
* Responsible for timely training staff and minors on their responsibilities and rights while working and residing in the facility.
* Oversees implementation and ongoing compliance with the Interim Final Rule on UAC Abuse and Harassment standards as well as local and state regulatory requirements.
* Conduct ongoing dorm/cottage observations to monitor any safety issues and training needs.
* Assist with audit compliance and site visits.
* Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in the behavioral sciences, human services or social services fields.
* At least 1 year of experience working with child welfare standards, best practices, and compliance issues.
* Must be fluent in Spanish.
