What You’ll Do Implement security protocols that safeguard our systems and prepare them for optimal user experience. Source, configure and deploy IT hardware solutions that power our organisational capabilities. Build and maintain IoT ecosystems, providing remote and on-site support to ensure seamless client operations. Create and support dynamic workstations for both in-office and remote team members. Maintain and optimise our digital communication infrastructure including internet, intranet, and VoIP systems. Support Salesforce operations through data management, analysis and system administration. Deliver solutions for cases managed through our Salesforce platform. Design and prepare comprehensive IT onboarding packages that welcome new team members. Develop Simpro Group environments for new team members and demonstration purposes. Orchestrate digital access across multiple platforms and manage the full technology lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Maintain accurate digital and physical asset inventories through regular audits and tracking systems. Provide responsive troubleshooting and technical support across our technology ecosystem. Document and refine IT processes to ensure operational excellence and knowledge transfer. Identify and implement improvements to systems, processes and practices. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and performance excellence. Assist with general office setup to make the environment a great place to work.
