Optimise HR systems and data to inform strategy and continuous improvement.
Support recruitment, workforce planning, and succession pipelines.
Promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and employee empowerment.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR professional.
Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
Confident with HR systems (HRIS), data analysis, and digital tools.
Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels.
Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
