Role Overview: Oversee and coordinate daily operations of a warehouse client account, focusing on inventory management, order processing, warehouse coordination, compliance, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Maintain records, audits, and cycle counts. Order Processing: Process orders, prepare shipping documents, and resolve shipment issues. Warehouse Coordination: Manage goods receipt, storage, layout optimisation, and policy enforcement. Data Management: Use WMS to track activities, prepare reports, and ensure HMRC compliance. Safety & Compliance: Conduct safety checks, train staff, and uphold standards. Customer Service: Address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and build positive relationships. Essential Skills & Qualifications: Experience in warehouse operations and software (WMS, CRM). Knowledge of bonded warehouse processes (preferred). Proficient in MS Office; strong organisational and analytical skills. GCSE qualifications in English and Maths (or equivalent).
