The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated classroom teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons, ensuring a positive learning environment, and supporting the academic and personal development of our children.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience.
• Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching at the primary level.
• Strong understanding of child development and educational best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to the school's vision and values.
• A proven track record of raising standards in a primary setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to inclusion and ensuring equity in education.
