Agile Business Analyst
Permanent, paying between £65K - £70K PA + benefits
Hybrid (1 days a week in the client's London office)
We are currently working with one of the leading independent specialist (re)insurance broking firms operating in the London and international markets. They have embarked on a number of projects inclusive of but not limited to process improvement implementations in various operations and business teams, HR projects and compliance projects.
You will be responsible for developing requirements and prioritising the product backlog and working closely with the Product Manager and Business Owners to contribute towards the product vision and roadmap.
Furthermore, you will gather information and requirements from the business and define improvements to processes, ensuring that solutions are designed for optimal business performance whilst being developed efficiently but also maintaining technical quality.
Knowledge and Experience:
* Essential that you have had previous London Insurance Brokerage experience
* You must be an Agile BA
* Insurance system implementation experience is also essential (beneficial if you have worked on implementing Salesforce)
* BA Qualification preferred
* Knowledge of insurance end to end processes. insurance systems knowledge. change initiation process.
* Excellent problem solving and decision making
* Influencing, persuading and communicating with others
* Extensive experience with Quality and continuous improvement
