Taboola is seeking an outstanding, execution-focused, and results-driven Team Lead to join the Global Growth Advertiser Sales team, focusing on the Central & Eastern European Region (CEE) and Israel. The Growth department drives Taboola’s innovation and success, working with advertisers to foster growth and lead change. This is an entry-level management role where you will lead by example, driving new business sales within a new sales team, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
As a Team Lead, you will develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, forecast new business, and meet sales targets while leading your team. You will research, identify, engage, and close advertisers, demonstrating effective sales techniques. Your role involves selling, managing, and diversifying sales portfolios to ensure continued growth.
Responsibilities and skills:
* Build and manage a sales team: recruit, motivate, and lead inside sales staff.
* Manage sales pipeline: develop, maintain, forecast, and own sales targets, actively participate in sales activities.
* Understand digital technology and articulate product benefits within this ecosystem.
* Exhibit strong communication skills (verbal and written).
* Prioritize tasks effectively and independently generate and close leads.
* Collaborate with marketing and other teams to enhance processes and lead generation.
* Demonstrate media planning and client management skills.
* Provide feedback to product teams and manage negotiations and presentations.
* Use Salesforce accurately to record activities.
* Work closely with your manager to achieve revenue goals.
