Key Stage : 3-5
Strong experience of teaching GCSE and A-level History is essential. The role would require teaching at KS3 to KS5 plus a Year 6 class.
The role is to start after the half term, with days falling on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in History, Politics, Education, or a related field (PGCE or QTS preferred).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in teaching up to KS5.
* Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that facilitate active learning experiences.
* Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment.
* Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.
* Apply appropriate disciplinary measures where necessary.
