£20 - £30 Per hour
Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and effective GCSE English and Maths tutoring sessions to students in the East of England area.
* Develop tailored lesson plans to meet the individual learning needs of students.
* Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support to enhance their academic performance.
* Collaborate with school staff and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student education.
* Participate in outreach activities to promote the tutoring services and engage with the local community.
Qualifications:
* A relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience in tutoring.
* Strong knowledge of the GCSE English and Maths curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their academic goals.
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
* Previous experience in tutoring or teaching GCSE English and Maths.
* Proficiency in educational technology tools for remote tutoring.
* Understanding of diverse learning styles and strategies to accommodate them.
* Organisational skills to manage lesson planning and student progress effectively.
* Experience working with students from diverse backgrounds.
* Additional qualifications in Special Education or related fields.
Additional Information:
* Part-Time hours, with flexibility in scheduling.
* Travel within the East of England area may be required for outreach activities.
