Clinical Responsibilities To practice in compliance with the General Pharmaceutical Council code of professional conduct within scope of practice, being responsible and accountable for own decisions, actions, and omissions. Education & Training To contribute to the departmental education & training programme. Main duties will include: Participating in the departmental teaching commitments To contribute to the training of pharmacy, medical, nursing staff and other healthcare workers. Human Resource Management Specialist Pharmacists (band 8a) do not have line management responsibility for any staff.
