You will collaborate with the to deliver a comprehensive product marketing strategy, including regional portfolio management, pricing, market research, competitor analysis, and product launches. Role Profile: In this role, you will manage a range of products, supporting internal and external stakeholders you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the product group in the UK, enabling profitable growth alongside the Head of Sales and Purchasing team, and interacting with European HQ. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: - Develop and implement product marketing plans. - Conduct market and competitor research. - Lead new product introduction projects. - Provide technical support and deliver training modules. - Support Marketing & Communications activities. - Manage phase-in and phase-out activities. Requirements: - Highly commercial in approach and can work closely with customers - Two years commercial experience within product management and product marketing. - Ideally from a manufacturing or distribution sector background. - Self-motivated, hardworking, and productive attitude, with a focus on results rather than activities. - Proven ability to build relationships and network effectively, while being persuasive and collaborative. - Experience in achieving sales and margin targets, and developing positive ongoing relationships with customers.
