* Processing payroll for employees in an accurate and timely manner
* Managing payroll related queries and resolving any discrepancies
* Ensuring adherence to current payroll tax requirements and relevant laws
* Collaborating with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure accurate financial reporting
* Maintaining employee confidence by keeping information confidential
* Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
* Preparing and submitting reports with payroll information to the director
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Payroll Advisor' should have:
* Proficiency in relevant payroll software
* Strong understanding of payroll tax laws and procedures
* Excellent mathematical and numerical skills
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information
