Focused on the Builder, Electrical, and Fixings (BEF) industries, your role involves engaging new prospects, reactivating lapsed customers, and qualifying leads for the external sales team. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to identify new business opportunities and re-engage dormant accounts. Qualifying Leads: Assess customer needs, potential, and suitability before passing leads to the external sales team. Strategy Planning: Develop monthly SOAP (Strategy on a Page) plans and present updates to the Internal Team. CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer interactions. Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitors, market trends, and customer feedback.
