We’re seeking a passionate and proactive Senior Health and Safety Advisor to join their dynamic team and contribute to a culture of safety excellence.
This is an exciting home-based opportunity, covering projects for Highway contractors and local authorities, predominantly throughout the M4 Corridor.
Reporting into the to the Senior Health and Safety Manager, you will have full autonomy and a clear progression route to Management.

As the Senior Health and Safety Advisor, you will:
Lead on-site safety efforts by conducting accident investigations, site audits, risk assessments, and inductions.
Provide expert advice to site teams on Health and Safety matters.
Drive safety culture improvements through practical and effective initiatives.
Foster positive relationships with project teams to embed a strong Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) culture. What You’ll Bring
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum
An ability to work autonomously
Proven experience in Infrastructure, Civil Engineering, Construction, Utilities, or a similar sector.
Comfortable with travelling across the South & South West
A desire for a long-term career opportunity
A UK Driving License. What could also be beneficial?
