The Role
We are looking for a skilled and empathetic teacher who:
1. Has a passion for education and can engage students with creative, flexible teaching.
2. Understands the challenges faced by young people with SEMH needs and can offer a patient, supportive approach.
3. Can build strong, positive relationships with students to support their emotional and academic development.
4. Works well as part of a dedicated, multidisciplinary team to provide a holistic approach to education.
5. Has experience (or a willingness to develop expertise) in trauma-informed practice and restorative approaches.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
