Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Receptionist include:
3. Overseeing visitor bookings through the companies system, ensuring visitors are logged in on arrival
4. Taking control of a switchboard, incoming calls for the business, forwarding to appropriate members of staff and taking messages where appropriate
5. Authorise meeting room bookings
6. Support engineers with administrative tasks when required
7. Receive and coordinate the post and email enquiries received to the general enquiries and reception inbox
8. Assist with inducting of new staff, ensuring correct documentation is in place
9. Providing administrative support to Office Management and Facilities when required
10. Making sure the main reception area is always kept clean and tidy
11. Providing high quality customer service to both staff and guests
12. Ensuring that the service and experience delivered meets the companies values
13. Good team player, reliable and good timekeeper
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have:
14. Previous customer service experience in a front of house/receptionist role
15. Strong administrative skills
16. Competent user of Microsoft Office suite
17. Flexible and organised
18. Excellent interpersonal skills
19. Someone who is friendly, helpful, professional, and resourceful
