Are you an experienced HR Advisor specialising in Employee Relations looking to join a large corporate organisation in South Nottingham with great progression opportunities?
We are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading organisation in Nottingham who are looking for a HR Advisor to work in their Employee Relations team.
Working as a HR Advisor in the employee relations team day to day duties include:
* End to end ER case management
* Providing legislative and best practice advise to stakeholders throughout the organisation on all things relating to employment law
* Working in partnership with managers across the organisation to coach and upskill through ER cases
* Supporting senior HR members through more complex cases including disciplinaries, grievances, dismissals and attending hearings where appropriate
* Assisting with any projects to improve employee relations through the organisation and providing feedback and insights for continuous improvement
* Managing cases to set SLA’s and KPI’s
This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday with hybrid working options of 3 days on-site and two from home.
For this position we are looking for experienced HR Advisors who are competent in independently handling employee relations casework with a detailed and in-depth understanding of UK employment law. You will be excellent at building relationships with line managers and be able to demonstrate experience in coaching and upskilling people managers in all things employee relations.
