Overview
Gateway Support and Care Ltd is a supported accommodation service offering housing with care and support for individuals with complex needs including mental health, learning difficulties, substance, and alcohol misuse, who may be homeless, rough sleeping living in hostels, at risk of eviction or in hospital settings.
We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team and support our office manager with various administrative duties.
Responsibilities
* Report to the office manager and complete all administrative tasks assigned to you in a timely and efficient manner.
* Maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring that all documents are accurately labelled and filed appropriately.
* Organise and minute take meetings when required.
* Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring all items are well stocked and in good working condition.
Requirements:
* Knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of office management systems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
* A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
