About the role:
Key Responsibilities
Front of House Duties:
* Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
* Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing inquiries as needed.
* Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is welcoming and organised.
* Work with the Facilities Manager to ensure all building related works are booked in correctly with the landlord and correct paperwork.
* Provide refreshments for clients and staff, including coffee, tea, and lunches.
* Monitor and maintain stock levels of refreshments and office supplies, placing orders as needed.
* Organise access control for all staff, visitors and contractors with the Security team.
* Coordinate the setup of edit suites and meeting rooms, ensuring they are equipped with necessary supplies.
* Assist with any special requests from clients or team members during their visits.
* Arrange transport / couriers as required.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Google tools (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
* Experience in customer service and hospitality is advantageous. Strong sense of time management and able to prioritise urgent tasks.
* Flexibility required to adapt to client needs.
