Retrieve case notes from the wards and ensures that all relevant information is available in relation to clinical coding. Dispatch case notes to other departments / health records as appropriate. Use of Lorenzo system. Run reports from PAS or reporting services and distribute to relevant people Track case notes in and out of the office. Answer telephone queries and act on and pass on to relevant person. Liaise with other members of staff outside the department. Act as first point of contact for visitors to the office. Inputting Outpatient coding onto Lorenzo. Inputting A&E coding onto Lorenzo. Helping with Data Quality administration and inputting data.
