Who Will I Be Supporting?
You'll be working at a welcoming respite support service with six rooms, providing care for individuals who stay for varying durations—from weekends to several months. We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs, fostering close relationships with their families to provide holistic care.

What Will You Be Doing?

Empowering Independence: Support people to live their lives how they choose and achieve their goals.

Daily Living Support: Provide varying levels of personal care, meal preparation, medication, shopping, cooking, cleaning, and laundry.

Providing Care: Support individuals with health needs such as stoma care, PEG feeding, epilepsy, and more.
Flexible Shift Patterns

Day Shifts: 7:00am - 2:30pm

Day Sleep-Ins Shifts: 2:30pm - 7am the following day (Includes £50 sleep-in shift)

Sleep-In Shifts: 10pm - 7am (Paid To Sleep)

Waking Night Shifts : 10pm - 7am

Weekend Availability is Highly Valued: You get to choose the shifts that suit you however we're especially seeking candidates with availability to cover weekend shifts.
Rotas are provided in advance, ensuring a balanced and manageable work-life schedule.
