Our client, a leading consultancy in the marine sector, is currently seeking a Graduate Naval Architect to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting senior naval architects and engineers in the design and analysis of marine vessels and structures
2. Participating in the development and optimisation of ship designs
3. Conducting stability and hydrodynamic assessments
4. Preparing detailed technical reports and presentations
5. Assisting in the preparation of project proposals and client communications
6. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success
7. Contributing to research and development initiatives within the marine sector
8. Engaging in site visits and inspections as required
Job Requirements:
1. A relevant degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline
2. Strong interest in working within the maritime domain
3. Excellent communication and team-building skills
4. Pride in your work and a desire to deliver a first-class service
5. Determination to further your career and gain Chartered Engineer status
