We are seeking a highly skilled Software Support Engineer to join our team.
About the Role:
* Provide technical support to business customers using our platform
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues
* Develop deep expertise across our product suite
* Create and maintain knowledge articles to help resolve customer-reported problems
* Perform operational tasks like provisioning, configuring, and restoring cloud services
Requirements:
* Strong experience providing technical support for B2B software
* Familiarity with Java, SQL, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
* Experience with CRM tools (ServiceNow, Salesforce) and defect tracking systems (JIRA)
* UNIX/Linux environment experience is a plus
What We Offer:
* Attractive Salary up to £42,000 per year
* 12 months contract - within IR35 - PAYE - paid on a weekly basis
