This is a fantastic senior level role for an experienced Childcare / Early Years professional to further their career. We work with this Training Provider, a successful independent company who now have national coverage, and the role has come about due to internal promotion.
If you are currently in a senior role within the training industry, within the Childcare / Early Years sector this ideal – aside from the generous package on offer, you will become part of a friendly, ambitions senior management Team, in a fun, busy, demanding and fully supported role.
As Operations Manager, you will be first and foremost managing your team – this is made up of Childcare Tutors / Assessor and some Functional Skills Tutors, all of whom are now working from home / hybrid.
Duties will include –
Recruit, manage and develop Skills Coaches and Functional Skills Tutors in line with the company’s Vision, Mission and Values
Ensure new staff inductions are managed effectively to ensure maximum productivity and engagement
Agree and set targets with Skills Coaches and Functional Skills Tutors to ensure KPI’s are met and exceeded
Motivate/drive Skills Coaches and Functional Skills Tutors to achieve high levels of performance in line with agreed targets and deadlines
Carry out monthly 1-1 meetings with Skills Coaches and Functional Skills Tutors to manage and review performance levels
