Job Role:
* Prepare and plate food during service keeping a high standard at all times
* Keep up to date with industry trends to help contribute to new menus and specials
* Ensure a first-in-first-out system with all stock to make sure stock rotation is kept up to date
* Ensure standard portions and quality of dishes
* Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and ensure sanitation practices in the kitchen
* Keep track of inventory to ensure smooth services
Requirements:
* Level 3 Food Saftey and Hygine
* At least 1 year experience in a similar role
Preferred but not essential
* Management Experience
* Experience placing orders with suppliers
