Are you passionate about promoting a culture of safety and compliance? Do you have a sharp eye for identifying risk and improving processes? We're looking for a Health and Safety ISO Officer to join the Risk and Compliance team and support the Health and Safety ISO Manager in driving regulatory excellence across our business.
About the RoleAs Health and Safety ISO Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with regulatory policies, leading internal audits, and supporting ISO audit readiness. Your work will help maintain a safe environment for employees, suppliers, and stakeholders across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and review internal health and safety processes across a defined geographical areaConduct audits (desktop and on-site) of both internal and supplier locationsIdentify and report key risks and findings to the Health and Safety ISO ManagerProvide practical advice on health and safety legislation and best practicesContribute to monthly supplier reviews and cross-functional reportingInvestigate incidents or near misses, conduct root cause analysis, and monitor outcomesProduce detailed monthly reports on health and safety performanceTravel to company sites for risk assessments and compliance checks
What We're Looking For:Strong knowledge of health and safety regulationsExperience with auditing and ISO standards (e.g. ISO 45001)Analytical thinker with great communication skillsA team player who thrives in a collaborative environmentWillingness to travel as part of the role
