Are you a 3rd Line Support Engineer with experience working with a managed service provider looking to join a rapidly growing MSP that values its staff through highly competitive renumeration and long-term career prospects?

This company are a managed service provider and part of a large conglomerate of construction and engineering companies. They work out of the groups head office in Grays and currently have 15 employees with an extension planned to the office in the coming months to facilitate further growth.
In this office based role you will working to resolve complex tickets around Microsoft packages (Azure, 365) and cyber security as well as working on implementing complex projects with external partners who specialise in machine learning and application integration. You will be supporting and demonstrating your knowledge to 2nd line staff, reporting to the IT manager.
This role would suit a 3rd Line Support IT technician looking for the responsibility of being a technical expert within a highly collaborative, closely knit and growing company.
