The successful Product Compliance Engineer / Product Compliance Specialist / Product Compliance Coordinator shall lead the implementation and management of a comprehensive legal compliance program focused on global machinery safety standards and directives plus providing education on the latest regulations and design philosophies within manufacturing. The Product Compliance Engineer / Product Compliance Specialist / Product Compliance Coordinator must have product compliance experience, skilled in product testing, compliance reporting, and managing technical files, strong background in EN or UL standards, ideally within engineering and / or manufacturing. Perform detailed product testing, generate compliance reports, and manage product approvals and certifications. Manage and update product certifications and compliance databases to meet global safety standards. Conduct inspections and analyses to ensure certification requirements are met and manage technical documentation for fume extraction products and services. Ensure new product designs meet regulatory requirements and maintain necessary technical files. Act as the point of contact for external product testing and inspections, ensuring accuracy of documentation and handling corrective actions. Liaise with various engineering departments. Office based in Poole. Product Compliance Engineer / Product Compliance Specialist / Product Compliance Coordinator Engineer Skilled in product testing, compliance reporting, managing technical files, strong background in EN or UL standards, ideally within manufacturing. Knowledgeable in global regulations such as CE Marking, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ATEX, RoHS, REACH, ISO 45001, and / or EN, UL certifications. Proficient in creating and managing technical files and compliance databases. Liaise with the design of new products to ensure compliance with the required certificates. Strong communicator, capable of handling external testing, inspections, and internal training. Experience in Product compliance within an electromechanical and /or manufacturing. Compliance roles held as a Product Compliance Engineer, Compliance Officer, Compliance Engineer, Compliance and Certification Engineer, Compliance Project Engineer, Product Compliance Secialist, Product Compliance Coordinator Engineer or similar with a product focus.
