If this sounds like you, then you could be a Customer Service Advisor with us As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in providing advice and assistance to residents by signposting them to appropriate services and assisting with low level tenancy management. You'll work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders to ensure we deliver on our promises. You'll be answering queries, raising repairs, raising Purchase Orders, processing invoices and supporting back-office functions and making sure our customers feel supported. To be successful in this role, you will be required to work from the estate office 5 days per week. You'll work as part of a team and be open-minded to dealing with a range of tasks and duties that will expand your knowledge of housing. With your excellent communication skills, empathetic approach and positive attitude, you'll be a great asset to the team. This is a 12-month fixed term contract. Could it be you?
