German Speaking Customer Care Administrator
Salary £20 - 25,000
Hybrid working 1 day per month in the office in Cambridgeshire

They are looking for a German Speaking Customer Care Administrator to join the Customer Care team and work for a unique company with lovely, kind, and generous people. The German Speaking Customer Care Administrator will assist a wide range of customers with their product orders and questions, providing excellent customer service by building relationships, resolving queries on a variety of complex topics, and processing orders and changes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Answer customer queries and process incoming customer requests via phone and email using contact ticket management software in line with policies and service level agreements.
2. Process customer orders via various Non-Voice channels (Quick Order, Web Order, Fax) using in-house system software in line with policies and service level agreements.
3. Proactively develop relationships, building opportunities with both new and existing customers and ensuring high levels of customer retention.
4. Participate in the ongoing development of Customer Care and the wider business.
5. Keep up to date with processes and ensure a thorough understanding of the company's business structure and product portfolio.
Key Attributes:
1. Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
2. Fluent in both oral and written English and German.
3. Knowledge of sales processes and ordering systems is desirable but not essential.
4. Excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers.
5. Able to build good relationships at all levels with a positive and flexible approach.
6. Able to solve problems, have initiative, and be open to continuous improvement and learning.
7. Positive, resilient, and adaptable to change.

This role offers a mixture of home and office working, typically 1 day per month in the office to collaborate with colleagues at our St Neots office. Days and requirements may change in line with business needs.
Sample Shift Pattern: 5-week rotation: £25,000 per year
1. Week 1: Monday to Friday. 07:00 - 15:15
2. Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. 07:30 - 15:45
3. Week 3: Monday to Friday. 11:00 - 19:15
4. Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. 08:00 - 16:15
5. Week 5: Monday to Friday. 11:45 - 20:00
