Role: Administrator
Location: Derby (Hybrid working - minimum 3 days onsite)
Type: Contract
Salary: up to £24,071 per annum
Sellick Partnership is currently looking for an Administrator required to work within a public sector organisation on a 2-3 months contract with the possibility of being extended.
The Administrator will be responsible for:
Providing proactive general administration services and undertaking clerical duties in a professional, timely manner, as and when required
Raising departmental purchase orders and placing orders as necessary
Diary Management for several senior management team members, including booking meetings
Standardising electronic files throughout the departments, ensuring that records are maintained to a high standard
Scanning documentation ensuring that they are correctly named and put in the right record
Ordering supplies and equipment for the department and the winder business
The Administrator will ideally have:
Experience in a similar role
Knowledge of GDPR, inputting data and data management
NVQ Level 2 or above in Business Administration
The Administrator will need to have excellent communication skills and effectively be able to communicate to stakeholders of all levels. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will have an impeccable eye for detail and accuracy to ensure all workload is carried out effectively and efficiently. They will also need to able to prioritise their workload and be efficient and effective to meet unpredictable deadlines and deal with conflicting demands.
