We are recruiting for an administrator for a Medical Centre. The role is super diverse with lots of variety where every day is different! You will be part of a passionate business support team, helping the flow of operations within the centre.
JOB TITLE: Medical Administration Coordinator
COMPANY: Medical centre
CONTRACT: Temporary to permanent (4-8 weeks temp duration)
HOURS: Monday to Friday - 9am - 3pm (overtime available)
START: W/c 6th January
SALARY: £12ph (salary review after probation)
LOCATION: Kinson, Bournemouth

The role:
* Reception duties, taking calls and answering queries where necessary
* Assist with the processing of all new registrations onto the database
* Update the database for all patient change of registration status as notified
* Ensure accuracy of registration database
* Assisting with patient call and recall systems
* Filing and retrieving paperwork
* Assist with distribution of emails
* Assist with outgoing post; franking and ensuring post is taken to post office
* To record and maintain all prescription issues within patient electronic record
* To record and document all medication reviews aligned with practice policies and procedures
* To build and maintain relationships with external organisations, such as local pharmacies and hospitals

* IT proficient, ability to pick up new systems quickly and seamlessly
